Hello, can anyone advise how long it takes to receive prize money when doing it via the new HSBC verification method please?
I had an email from Best magazine Friday so emailed back my phone no and awaiting an email from HSBC now.

Well done on your win. I think mine took 3 days for the money to appear in my bank account. I bank with HSBC so don’t know if that makes any difference.
Thankyou. Can you remember how long it takes from sending them your mobile number to getting the next stage email ? I haven’t given any bank details yet.

Once you’ve downloaded it you will be sent a code to enter together with your email address. Then you enter your bank details.
At first I thought it was a scam and was wary of putting details in, but it’s o and I’ve had a few wins paid this way.

You could always reply to the email asking how long before you hear anything. Didn’t it give you a time limit Attlee bottom of your email
I remember mine took awhile as I was waiting to hear back after sending my details. I e mailed them again and they said they never got my first email. Anyway once they sent the bank link it went through quickly
When you say sending your details, do you mean your phone number ? As I sent that Friday and not heard anything else yet.

Yes sent phone number and I had not heard anything for over a week, so sent it again and then got a reply back with bank details link.
